Bolivia and China sign cooperation agreements for U.S. $ 2.9 million
China's government announced that Bolivia will give a donation of 15 billion yen, equivalent to U.S. $ 2.2 million line of credit and interest-free amount of 20 million yen, equivalent to U.S. $ 2.9 million.

According to a bulletin from the Foreign Ministry, these resources will be used to finance projects aimed at eradicating poverty through measures such as provision of equipment for water well drilling, in accordance with the priorities established in the National Plan Development.

Projects will be subsequently agreed between both governments and shall be undertaken for specific instruments.

protocol was developed in ceremony at the Foreign Ministry and was the ambassador of China in Bolivia, Qu Shengwu and Minister of Foreign Affairs of Bolivia, David Choquehuanca, who signed the document.

Earlier this year the Chinese government also made donations to combat dengue disease, as well as humanitarian aid for victims of natural disasters.

On 27 May the People's Republic of China has donated half a million dollars to support the construction of a school in the village of Orinoco, which is from President Evo Morales, and similar action at the Government Palace , was signed nonrefundable credit between the two countries.
