The Government of Paraguay Tuesday expressed satisfaction with the explanation offered by Bolivia on the scope of your project which provides for the purchase of weapons and strengthening their military garrisons. This position was expressed after the meeting held in Asuncion, Paraguay's Foreign Minister, Hector Lacognata, and Defense Minister Luis Bareiro, with their counterparts from Bolivia, David Choquehuanca and Walker San Miguel.
