Milen Avelba Showing Bush

Sox Mal

President Calderón is right when he calls the protest "Enough" is aimed at criminals, it is they who are killing, stealing, extortion, kidnapping, raping, among other crimes. But also right NHRC and other agencies and citizens, saying it is the duty of the government prosecuting such crimes. The problem is that it would seem that the protest will only be sent to the federal government, the truth is that it should go to the 3 levels of government: federal, state and municipal levels. As well as 3 branches: executive, legislative and judicial. Everyone has some responsibility to pursue and reduce such crimes. Even citizens have some responsibility for there to report, anonymously and directly with the military, when we see a crime or know someone who belongs to these groups.

If the strategy has failed is because crime is well organized and has a vast network of espionage (Falcons) even embedded in local and state governments. Until that is debugged, no strategy will work. And there they have failed primarily by governors and mayors who under the guise of that drug trafficking is a federal crime to do nothing but swim play dead. But murders, extortion, kidnapping, assault, and rape are crimes of common law and are his direct responsibility. The protest must be even, otherwise shows only political interests. And maybe that's why the strategy has also failed, was politicized to such an extent that there are those who defend criminals just to give the tower to his political enemy and / or ideological.

And yet none that have told me that we must change the strategy has been able to answer how to stop the convoy assassins at this point flows through streets and highways.
